Working class a Third grade citizen : We pay the taxes and pay more taxes

I live in India and we proudly try to sing "Saare jahan se accha", though whenever I think about taxes, VAT, service tax it turns out that its the service class who pays tax on income and then also pays VAT to buy things from already tax paid money, on top of that service providers deduct service tax from the consumer only, I hardly can sing that anymore.

I was looking out to buy a decent car for commuting to office, and the options I have are far more expensive then they are in Europe and yet the quality is not upto the mark ,they are expensive because they are highly taxed.
On the other hand agricultural instruments have relaxed taxation , there are subsidies, there are provision for owing a gun license for protection of crop and fields (protection of means of earning and life) but for service class there is no such provision as if ours life is not in danger. There are terrorists in and around cities aint they city based animals from whom we need to defend ourselves ?
We the service class are there to provide necessary money to run the system, keep toiling hard and live under burden of taxes, deprived of basics ,for, this is a country of farmers and soldiers long live soldier and love live farmer.
We are struck in between somewhere as er bees, collecting the honey and supporting the colony.
Why there is not a urban and city regulation and a relaxed policy for better vehicles , service taxes so that one can have a fair share of what others are having in similar amount of money in other parts of world ?

Below are the cars I would like to own, I have the money they are worth, but I can't muster the amount they are taxed for.

Rewarding brevery and Recognising a Martyr : Heros of the Gamdevi Police station.

I was wondering what is the scale for measuring bravery in the minds of our leaders who happen to represent us (?).
This is in reference to the Gamdevi station police team which intercepted and killed one terrorist and managed to capture one other who was firing with his automatic assault weapon near Girgaum chowpatti area.
The police team from Gamdevi police station lost Asst Police inspector Tukaram Umbale in the action, did we see his name in the list of three martyrs which was relayed umpteen times on the national news in various TV channels?
Whom do we consider a martyr ? someone who was shot at while driving past a group of terrorists (no offense to the event intended) or someone who pro actively intercepted and fought with exceedingly dangerous and armed opponent and had courage to face such an enemy in open?
We should also keep in our mind that had it not been the prompt action of the team from Gamdevi police station, we would still be groping in dark about the unfolding of events and the origin of the terrorists.

Do we require people to die before we start to honor them ? Why can't we have living heroes ?
I strongly feel that now is the time when the age old tradition of 'worshiping the dead' should be done away with and we should also decorate and award people who exhibited extreme courage in the line of duty with only handguns and bamboo staff against highly armed opponents.

Hope the extremely courageous police officers and team members from Gamdevi police station get their due reward and appreciation.

Later.

Summary of Mumbai attacks.

Terrorists didn't have extreme training, just that we were anarmed and our politicians are stupid and old, else any terrorist stands no chance against wrath of an average Indian.

Mumbai under attack

It was a very sad event and even sadder is the way it was treated.I have been thinking on some points these two days and I thought to share the same with you as follows.

Since when we need bamboos to remove curtains off the windows ? Couldn't they be burnt with flares ?

Since when we need the commandos to simply wait and watch on the rooftop while the oepration needs the quick action to aid element of surprise?

How come we celebrate the so called victory over the terrorists when lives of about 200 people were lost and about 40 times more man power was required to overcome the threat ?

Where was the hostage situation at Taj and the Trident which forced the forces to act slow? most of the causualities occured during first few hours of the attack while we were planning and getting armed forces to the site.

Does it take a lot of training for killing helpless people with sophisticated weaposn which can fire at the rate of 10 shots a seconds ? May be we are putting much hype to training to hide our failure in counteracting and removing the menace.

Could the terrorists feel as free in their action as they felt had there been even 10% people armed with concealed weapons of those whom they killed ? The cruel facts remains that they were succesfull not becasue of their training but becasue of our helplesness, we were shot at and killed as and when they pleased and some say that small things like this keep happeing in big cities like mubai.

Sound skeptical ? It is may be, I can't help but grieve the situation and feel angry at what happend and has been happening to our people since so many years. This needs to stop here and now.

Love, marriage <-> Subjective ,objective and civil prostitution.

A lady who is about to get married told me recently that her decision for marriage was a practical one as I knew the guy she was in love with and they had some good relating possibilities.

But this girl comes from a traditional north Indian background and marriage is a must despite all odds, now she is marrying someone whom she couldn't' stand for more than few minutes just because that person proposed first and she took the opportunity.

Isn't she subjecting herself to a social prostitution ? where the benefits are in form of future instead of immediate cash.

Screw tax money : Making parks instead of factories and shelters.

I paid hefty tax last year and it was painful to see that in UP the chief minister is rebuilding a park she built few years ago, with a vip room (wonder why park needs a VIP room?).

The overall project is estimated more than few crores and no need to say like everywhere else here also commission money is being made , the previous park was in very good condition, all the structures were in impeccable perfect state still the newly elected chief minister thought its not that good , after all new construction means new orders and a chain of what all is associated with it.Earnings Earnings :-).
So and already perfect park was demolished, new stones are being carved and new bullionaris are being made in name of fair system, people's democracy etc etc.
what is the amount of protection this park provides to a homeless in this winter, what is the value addition of this park in a system where there is not enough food for about 80% population, where such leaders are taking us who love to have their images in brass made.
Animal farm (written by Thomas hardy) pigs in full swing.

No wonder people need new breed of Azad and Bhagat singh now, the villians have changed the skin -its DESI.

Kidney King : what is the punishment ?

We have got him nabbed but what is going to be the punishment for someone who treated humans as gunea pigs, two years , three years at the most ??

I think only someone who has been robbed in most inhuman fashion like this would be the best judge of the punishment.Preventive judgement should mark the end for such practices considering the amount of money involved it calls for very strict action and nothing less then dbl life imprisonment with no provision of bail etc.

But then the law is blind, he will get off with all the free money he has earned by robbing hundrerd.
