Gender equality - End of Him / Her. Here comes HIR

Everytime I write a post or an article I end up having to write From the perspective of an actor and then I have to stand behind either Him or Her.

From today onward I am using HIR whenever I need to refer to a notional person which could be either him/ her/ no gender.

I have used one unique alphabet from him and her each  along with the common H.
